At Pips, we help women invest for passive income, and to make their money work harder for them. We believe wealth and property should feel empowering, not intimidating. Women have long been left out of the conversation with wealth, so we champion our investors and clients through open, honest communication, helping you build something sustainable for the future.
Pips Property Group was founded in 2025 to build a business shaped on trust, transparency, and finding the right fit for every client.
We also believe strongly in community, and working in a socially conscious way.
A little about our Founder and Director
Pips Property Group was founded by Rebecca, a graduate of the Elite Property Trading Academy with Aspire Property, and is part of a number of property investment communities, whose members have collectively facilitated more than £500 million in property acquisition and sales.
Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience delivering complex, international, high-value projects across the Finance, Technology and Broadcast industries.
She brings a detail-driven, direct, collaborative approach to property, and is based in Manchester, working closely with clients across the UK.
Her values are strongly rooted in community, equality and sustainability.

Supporting Women
It was less than 100 years ago (only in 1975!) that women were legally allowed to open their own bank accounts, and to buy property on their own. If the last 1000 years where men have been allowed to do these things is a 24 hour clock, women have only had the same legal right for 1hour and 13 minutes. We are hugely committed to all work that can be done to close that gap, whilst empowering women to gain passive income, ensure their own financial security, or whatever else their why is!
Helping the community
Social Housing is social rent houses for members of our community with lower incomes (affordable housing) or specific needs. These may include children becoming adults leaving care, people who have faced homelessness, or those fleeing domestic abuse environments.

Supported Living is housing for adults with care or support needs. This may include adults with disabilities, or elderly members of the community.
Sustainability
We are committed to developing properties using sustainable building materials and methodologies, and conducting the business in an ethical manner.
